Large events are our speciality. With our paelleras (paella pans) we are able to serve our unique paella to huge crowds of people; from concerts + music festivals to markets and public events. It's quick, efficient and downright delicious!

Using the highest quality of ingredients, our paellas deliver the best flavours in Melbourne. We're 100% gluten free, dairy free + can alter our recipe to meet any specific dietary requirements.

 OUR PAELLA TENT

Our paella tent is versatile with no additional power required and can operate just about anywhere. We've catered in large event halls, wineries, corporate offices, race courses, backyards and paddocks or the outback — you name it, we'll be there!

OUR SUSTAINABILITY MISSION

We are committed to delivering a sustainable meal option. Our paellas are served in bowls with forks made of 100% eco-friendly recycled materials. Where possible, we use organic ingredients and locally source our seafood from premium Australian suppliers.

OUR PAELLA TRUCK

Our food truck, the Paella Truck, is another catering solution we can offer for your next event. The Paella Truck delivers our locally-loved, fresh + flavoursome paella and will have your guests lining up for more! The Paella Truck prepares all paellas on site and are 100% gluten and dairy free + we can cater to any specific dietary requirements
